Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Production Designer in New York, NY to bring our brand to life across marketing and product touchpoints. You’ll work with our design leadership to translate concepts into production-ready assets that support campaigns, launches, events, and executive communications.

You will strengthen our design system, build scalable components, and implement AI-powered workflows to move faster while preserving craft. A strong portfolio and 4+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in production design, graphic design, or brand design within an in-house team, agency, or tech company.
Deep experience scaling brand systems across marketing channels with high visual consistency.
Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, iconography, visual hierarchy, and production best practices.
An exceptional portfolio showing production-ready work across digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing assets.

Responsibilities

Produce production-ready brand assets across marketing channels and campaigns.
Translate Parloa’s design system consistently across formats while maintaining quality.
Ensure pixel-perfect execution and accessibility for every asset before launch.
Collaborate with Brand Designers to evolve templates and scalable creative systems.
Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, templates, and workflows.
