Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Production Designer to bring our brand to life with precision across digital marketing, product, events and executive communications. You’ll partner with our Global Head of Design to translate concepts into polished, production‑ready assets.

With 4+ years of production or brand design experience, you’ll scale our design system in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud, collaborate across teams, and explore AI‑powered tools to accelerate workflows while preserving craft.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of production design, graphic design, or brand design experience
• Experience applying and scaling brand systems across multiple channels
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, iconography, and production best practices
• Portfolio showing production-ready work across digital campaigns, presentations, and brand assets
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable components

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, production-ready brand assets across marketing channels, product, events, and communications
• Translate Parloa’s design system consistently across formats while ensuring high visual quality
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution, accessibility, and production readiness for all assets
• Collaborate with Brand Designers to evolve templates, components, and scalable systems
• Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, templates, and workflows to improve efficiency
• Partner with Design Leadership to prioritise work and optimize production processes
• Explore AI-powered creative tools to accelerate production while maintaining craft
• Contribute to scaling our visual identity as a fast-growing enterprise AI brand
