Job summary

First Legal is seeking a Production Specialist for its Hollywood, FL office. The role is full-time, hourly, in-office, with a 9:00 am–5:30 pm schedule and a 30-minute lunch. You will manage production tasks, data conversions, and invoicing workflows using DataTrac and Summary Builder.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years in a fast-paced production environment, with strong written communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Extensive experience with data conversion, database creation, and data delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform production work including scanning projects, reprographics, print jobs, data conversions, oversized scanning, and post-processing; oversee similar work by others.
• Assist other branches with overflow work as needed based on production needs.
• Coordinate on-site scanning projects and manage data to meet post-production guidelines.
• Generate client invoices using DataTrac, Summary Builder, and other systems as needed.
• Procure raw materials and maintain inventory levels for daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and develop strong cross-department relationships.
