Position Summary: As a key member of our team, the Production Cutter prepares specialty cuts of meat efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
2. Cut product to meet customer specifications.
3. Transport finished product to packaging line using carts.
4. Weigh product to ensure compliance with specifications.
5. Replenish stock as needed.
6. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
7. Handle products properly and report damages immediately.
8. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (HACCP, OSHA, GMP).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 months of experience preferred.

Pay Range: $19-$24/hr.
