Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise production in mixing, drying and packaging areas to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Directly supervise four crew members.
• Monitor dryer condition and ensure safe cleaning when needed.
• Maintain production records and time records for crew.
• Enforce GMP, SOP, and HAACP procedures for food safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance and QA teams to ensure quality and uptime.
• Set up machines and equipment; perform line activities.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure follow-through.
