Job summary

Ram Jack is seeking a motivated construction operations leader to oversee daily job-site activities, coordinate crews, and ensure safe, high-quality workmanship. You will communicate with homeowners, manage schedules, and resolve on-site issues while upholding OSHA standards and company policies.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and prior supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of construction experience.
• Foundation repair experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience leading or supervising a construction crew.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely and to company standards.
• Coordinate crew workloads, assign tasks, and manage daily production activities.
• Plan and schedule labor, materials, and equipment to support project timelines.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and crew performance on active sites.

• Provide regular updates to management on progress and safety concerns.
• Ensure sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment are organized and maintained.

In this role, you will lead crews, coordinate job site activities, and work directly with homeowners to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily job site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.


• Coordinate crew workloads, assign tasks, and manage daily production activities.


• Plan and schedule labor, materials, and equipment to support project timelines and productivity.


• Monitor active job sites and evaluate project progress, workmanship, and crew performance.


• Communicate with homeowners regarding project updates, schedules, and expectations.


• Address job site challenges, resolve operational issues, and coordinate change orders as needed.


• Maintain accurate job documentation, employee time records, production reports, and project updates.


• Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, productivity, safety concerns, and potential delays.


• Ensure job sites, vehicles, tools, and equipment remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.


• Enforce company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of construction experience preferred; foundation repair experience is a plus.


• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.


• Previous experience leading or supervising a construction crew preferred.


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.


• Strong understanding of construction job site operations, equipment, and safety practices.
