Spartan Ram Jacks is seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team for foundation repair and water management projects. You will assist with site preparation, material handling, and assisting supervisors to complete jobs efficiently.

Starting pay depends on prior experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and a structured 90‑day review. Training travel is required, and full-time hours from Monday to Friday are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Previous construction experience is a bonus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Travel is required for training.

We are looking for dedicated Laborers to join our team at Spartan Ram Jacks! We specialize in Foundation repair including- crack injections, installing piers, and anchors as well as water management- sump pumps, GEO systems, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Showing up on time


• Work as a team to complete job in a timely manner


• Cleaning and preparing construction sites


• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.


• Digging, backfilling, installing material


• Following instructions from supervisors


• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Benefits:

• Starting salary is dependent on prior experience.


• Monthly bonus system adds another $1.00 - $3.00 per hour dependent on monthly crew production
