A foundation repair company in El Cajon is seeking a Foundation Ancillary Technician to assist in outdoor installations. The role requires good customer service skills and the ability to perform physical labor, including loading materials and operating machinery. Candidates with experience in construction or related fields are preferred. This position offers a comprehensive health care package and opportunities for paid training.

Formación

• Two years in the foundation/construction field is preferable.
• Hands-on experience in related fields will be considered.
• Valid driver's license (DL) required.

Ram Jack Pacific, the innovative leader in foundation repair and new construction steel pilings, is currently recruiting Foundation Ancillary Technicians for our Ram Jack Pacific team. We are needing responsible, hard-working Foundation Ancillary Technicians to assist in the installation of foundation repair solutions for both residential and commercial jobs.

Job Summary

Being a Foundation Ancillary Technician requires you to be willing to work outdoors, endure physical labor, have good customer service skills, and work with other members of the crew in foundation repair. Previous experience in construction, remodeling, foundation repair, or new construction is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Understand stem wall spall repairs and use of carbon fiber stitching

Understand slab crack repairs, along with post and piers repair application

Drive work truck if needed

Loading and unloading trucks (equipment, hoses, steel piles, etc.)

Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day

Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds

Qualifications

Two years in the foundation/construction field is preferable but will consider the hands-on experience in other related fields

Must be able to operate machinery, like a mini excavator

Be willing to crawl into under home crawl spaces

Must have valid DL
