Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as Service Titan.
• Must be organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale coordination.
• Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and share updates with leadership.
