Qualifications

• Rework Analyst certification or ability to certify within 90 days.
• If assigned to the back-end, certification in Penetrant Inspection Level II or Visual/Dimensional Inspection within 24 months.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on work center or department.
• Willing to adjust shift and perform varied tasks to process parts.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ensure clear instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead teamwork; prioritize work and shift setup to meet throughput.
• Participate in staffing projections and schedule OT and vacations.
• Address performance issues with objective, fact-based input.
• Coordinate resources to move staff between centers to meet daily throughput.
• Interface with customers and engineering for process walks and presentations.
