Job summary

Qualifications

• Rework Analyst certification or ability to certify within 90 days.
• If assigned to the back-end you must be certified in one of the following within the first 24 months: Penetrant Inspection Level II or Visual/Dimensional Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate teamwork to meet throughput requirements and shift setup.
• Prioritize work, schedule OT and vacation in accordance with policy, and staff projections.
• Communicate performance issues clearly and escalate to supervision as needed.
• Interface with customers, engineering, and other departments to provide process updates and walks.
• Maintain safe work habits, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
