PPC Flex is seeking a Production Shift Leader to supervise a production shift, coordinate workflow, and drive efficiency while ensuring quality and safety. This role entails leading a team, resolving issues, and serving as a link between staff and management.

The position requires hands-on leadership, the ability to train Associates, and collaboration with maintenance, quality, and logistics to meet daily goals. A strong focus on continuous improvement and adherence to procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in paperwork and data entry.
• Proficiency with Windows and business systems.
• Able to read and interpret job tickets and provide direction.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations and use measuring tools.
• Flexible to address changing production needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork and continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on the assigned shift to ensure timely and efficient operation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Coordinate shift activities to meet daily production goals.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and accountability.
• Maintain records of shift activities, output, downtime, and safety incidents.
• Work with maintenance, quality, and logistics to minimize disruptions.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment and enforce company policies.
