Job summary

NCSL International is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production of finished goods, sub-assemblies and components. The role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes on-time delivery, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced facility.

The successful candidate will lead a team, coordinate production schedules, monitor performance against KPI goals, and ensure safe, compliant operations while maintaining strong communication with the Plant Manager and other departments.

Qualifications

• When facing the role, candidates must have two years of experience or equivalent as a Line Leader in a production environment.
• Thorough knowledge of products manufactured at the plant and assembly methods and processes.
• Ability to maintain productivity and quality levels as required.
• Ability to plan and achieve production schedules via supervision under guidance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze schedules to determine material and labor requirements to meet on-time delivery goals.
• Supervise sub-assemblies and final assembly, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality criteria.
• Maintain productivity via assignments and efficient use of equipment, materials, and labor.
• Maintain a safe workplace and address attendance/disciplinary matters with guidance from plant manager.
• Maintain employee relations, records, and production data per plant procedures.
