Job summary

Leading Iconic Dress Brands seeks a Production Coordinator in New York. You will update BOMs at the production stage, coordinate with Design to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories, and approve lab dips to match bulk production.

You will label and package, order and track samples with factories, and maintain product information in the AS400 system. A fabrics background and 5–7 years in garment production are required, plus a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and experience with AS400 required.
• Background in fabrics preferred for this production coordination role.
• 5–7 years of garment industry experience and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Update BOMs at the production stage.
• Coordinate with Design to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories.
• Approve lab dips/trims to match bulk production.
• Labeling and packaging.
• Order and track AD/photo samples with factories.
• Maintain product records in the AS400 system.

• Support other departmental projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Update BOMs at the production stage
• Coordinate with the Design team to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories.
• Approve lab dips/trims to match bulk production
• Labeling and packaging
• Order and track AD/photo samples with factories
• Update and maintain accurate product information and records in the AS400 system.
• Request, track, and follow up on technical (tech) samples from factories to support product development.
• Assist with additional departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned to support business needs

Requirements

• Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and AS400
• Background in Fabrics preferred
• 5-7 years of working experience in garment industry
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ~$70K - $80K per year, commensurate with experience.
