The role centers on updating BOMs, coordinating color standards with the Design team, and ensuring trims and lab dips align with bulk production. You will need 3-5 years of garment industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/AS400 skills, plus excellent organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of garment industry experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Update BOMs at the production stage.
• Coordinate with Design team to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories.
• Approve lab dips/trims to match bulk production.
• Labeling and packaging tasks.
• Order and track AD/photo samples with factories.
• Update and maintain product information in AS400.
• Request and track technical samples from factories to support development.
• Assist with additional departmental projects as needed.
