The role centers on updating BOMs, coordinating color standards with the Design team, and ensuring trims and lab dips align with bulk production. You will need 3-5 years of garment industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/AS400 skills, plus excellent organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

S. Rothschild & Co (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger Dress division) is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing production team.

Responsibilities:

• Update BOMs at the production stage
• Coordinate with the Design team to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories.
• Approve lab dips/trims to match bulk production
• Labeling and packaging
• Order and track AD/photo samples with factories
• Update and maintain accurate product information and records in the AS400 system.
• Request, track, and follow up on technical (tech) samples from factories to support product development.
• Assist with additional departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned to support business needs

Requirements:

• Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and AS400
• Background in Fabrics preferred
• 3-5 years of working experience in garment industry
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
