Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Coordinator for its Santa Ana manufacturing team. You will organize and coordinate all aspects of production, manage resource planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication, and support a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

The role requires lifting up to 20 pounds, overtime on occasion, and collaboration with production, supply chain, and inventory groups to optimize throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
• 2+ years in supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Tableau, Confluence, SQL.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next location.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing or other work centers.
• Ensure parts are handled and protected per specifications.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support manufacturing, supply chain and inventory teams cross-functionally.
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP/MES data.
