Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
• Experience supporting administrative processes.
• Experience with MRP/ERP/MES systems (Netsuite, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong computer skills including MS Office.
• Experience with Tableau, Confluence, SQL or similar reporting tools.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and move parts through production to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate movement through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing and work centers.
• Ensure parts are protected and within specs.
• Coordinate off-site processing for on-time delivery.
• Support manufacturing, supply chain and inventory teams cross-functionally.
• Keep MRP/ERP/MES data clean and accurate.
• Resolve inventory inaccuracies to aid planning and production schedules.
• Develop reports on needs, deliverables and constraints.
• Communicate part status and completion dates to leadership weekly.
• Support logistics through efficient workflow staging and material certifications.
