Job summary

The Production Supervisor will manage up to 30 associates, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and quality to meet production goals. This is a hands-on leadership position on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising in a high volume production environment.
• Strong understanding of production rate, critical path analysis, and key manufacturing fundamentals.
• Full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management (ECOs).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, work instructions, building plans, equipment specs, electrical schematics).
• Experience on the production floor with process and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage technician staff in the production and delivery of Anduril products through acceptance testing and delivery.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations to issue and complete work orders on the production floor.
• Ensure operators follow safety procedures and standard work tasks; drive safety improvements.
• Prioritize work activities to achieve on-time delivery goals.
• Lead daily communication with cross-functional teams (engineering, technicians, supply chain, logistics, quality).
• Maintain accurate inventory levels in each work area and generate weekly progress reports.
