Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the full production cycle—from initial development through to delivery—ensuring timely execution and quality across all product categories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage production timelines and track WIP (Work in Progress) for multiple programs
• Coordinate with overseas factories, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on fabric and trim approvals
• Maintain production logs and update internal systems with delivery status and changes
• Work closely with design and sales teams on seasonal development and production execution
• Communicate proactively with logistics teams on shipping documents, booking, and customs needs
• Resolve production issues and escalate when necessary to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in apparel production coordination or sourcing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PLM or ERP systems a plus
• Familiarity with overseas manufacturing, timelines, and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
