Job description

DoorLoop is a high-growth technology (PropTech) company with offices in the US (Miami and NYC) and Israel (Tel Aviv). We help property managers and owners make more money, get organized, and grow with easy-to-use, secure, and reliable, all-in-one property management software.

DoorLoop prides itself on being People First. We are a Certified Great Place to Work, are Forbes America’s Best Startup Employers in 2024 & 2025, and are proud to have our team rate us a 4.9/5 on Glassdoor.

Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a Marketing Production Coordinator to support the successful coordination and execution of marketing campaigns. You’ll help ensure projects stay on track, calendars are aligned, and teams have what they need to launch on time.

This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of our new NYC office and work closely with the CMO and the broader marketing team. You’ll collaborate across departments—from demand generation to creative—to keep marketing moving forward efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the Marketing Calendar & Campaign Plans: Maintain a centralized marketing calendar and update it regularly to reflect timelines and priorities—support campaign planning by tracking tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups. Help keep marketing initiatives organized and aligned across teams.
  2. Support Website Updates in Webflow: Assist with light website content updates and ensure changes are made accurately and on time. Coordinate review and QA processes to avoid broken links or formatting issues. Maintain a log of website changes to ensure visibility for stakeholders.
  3. Assist with Priority Marketing Projects: Support the execution of campaign materials, promotional content, and marketing assets across the funnel. Respond quickly to requests for updates or adjustments, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality. Contribute to high-priority marketing efforts through consistent communication and task follow-through.
  4. Foster Cross-Team Collaboration: Help facilitate weekly check-ins and campaign syncs to ensure contributors stay on the same page. Keep shared documentation up to date, including briefs, timelines, and status trackers. Contribute to campaign retros by helping gather insights and documenting lessons learned.
  5. Use Tools to Improve Executional Efficiency: Use tools like Asana, Monday.com, and Slack to track campaign status and assignments. Follow established workflows and templates to manage recurring tasks and requests. Share tips and collaborate with team members to improve use of PM and CMS tools.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting marketing campaigns or operations, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • You’re organized and process-oriented, with a working knowledge of project management tools like Asana or Notion.
  • You have basic experience with Webflow or similar website CMS tools and are confident in making light content updates.
  • You bring a strong eye for detail and pride yourself on following through on even the small things.
  • You enjoy being part of a collaborative team and are comfortable managing multiple priorities with professionalism and focus.
Benefits
  • Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance: We offer full medical coverage through United Healthcare and full dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.
  • Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Disability insurance: Short- and long-term disability insurance is fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Paid parental leave: maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
  • Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.
  • Best-in-class equipment: a company laptop and top-tier tools to set you up for success.
Compensation Range

$65K to $85K DOE
