Job Title: Production Coordinator

Our client, a textile company, is seeking a Production Coordinator to join their team, managing Costco/Walmart accounts.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely deliveries and create time and action calendars.
2. Collaborate with the Sales department to collect orders for seasonal and replenishment inventory.
3. Create purchase orders and verify all details with factories.
4. Liaise with the Design and Buying teams to determine label specifications and coordinate delivery to manufacturing facilities.
5. Update and communicate projected delivery timelines for production items, providing information to Logistics, Sales, and Management teams.
6. Arrange Quality Control for all products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in apparel production.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
