Job summary

BCI Brands in New York is seeking a Production Coordinator to lead proto and sample approvals, coordinate shipments, and ensure on-time delivery. This full-time role requires 3+ years in fashion production and strong organizational skills.

You will manage cost tracking in Exenta, enter cost breakdowns, negotiate with vendors, and maintain POs and WIP reports. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; Exenta experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience within fashion is required.
• Detail-oriented, highly accurate and organized.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Desire to grow in a fast-paced, quality-focused company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Exenta experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the approval process (proto, sample, and all components) to ensure all samples arrive on time.
• Manage Sample Tracker.
• Manage WIP report.
• Support cost negotiation with vendors.
• Enter and manage all cost and cost breakdown into Exenta.
• Support in sending and confirming PO?s to vendors for all orders.
• Manage PO?s in Exenta.
• Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery.
• Closely follow up and track all test reports.
• Support approving UPC tickets, care labels & other vendor sourced labels/trims.

The salary for this full-time role is dependent on experience between $50,000 - $60,000.
