Job summary

EnVogue International, a fast-growing home décor company, is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York to manage orders from PO through final shipment. You will coordinate with international factories, maintain schedules, and ensure samples and quality while keeping multiple orders moving in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

You will collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales to meet delivery timelines and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related function within home décor, home textiles, fashion, consumer products, or a similar industry.
• Understanding of the production lifecycle, including purchase orders, samples, approvals, and production timelines.
• Experience working directly with international factories, vendors, or suppliers strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with production tracking reports or systems.
• Familiarity with product testing, quality assurance, and compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production orders from purchase order through final shipment, tracking key milestones and delivery dates.
• Maintain production schedules, WIP reports, order details, approvals, and status updates.
• Communicate directly with international factories and vendors regarding production status, samples, lead times, and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate PP, TOP, and other production samples through submission, review, and approval.
• Track product testing, quality requirements, and customer specifications throughout production.
• Monitor production and shipment timelines, proactively identifying delays, quality concerns, and potential delivery issues.
• Work with factories and internal teams to troubleshoot production issues and keep orders moving.
• Partner with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reporting.

About the Role
