Job summary

Creative Home Ideas is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support our fast-moving e-commerce home textiles business in New York. You will manage PO creation, production schedules, and coordination with overseas factories to keep shipments on track from order to delivery.

The role collaborates with merchandising, product development, and logistics teams to track samples, packaging approvals, and ERP entries, ensuring deadlines are met and records are kept accurately.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production coordination or related experience.
• Home textiles experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working directly with overseas factories.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience issuing and managing purchase orders.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of samples, packaging and production approvals.
• Strong organization, follow-up and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and keep factories and internal teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue purchase orders using Excel and ensure entry into ERP system
• Maintain production schedules and track milestones through shipment
• Communicate with overseas factories and follow up on outstanding requirements
• Coordinate packaging requests, artwork, carton labels and packaging approvals
• Track color swatches, PP samples and other pre-production approvals
• Follow up with internal teams to obtain information and approvals required by factories
• Identify delays early, elevate issues and protect ship dates
• Maintain accurate production records across multiple SKUs and programs

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to support our growing e-commerce business. This role is responsible for keeping products, factories and internal teams on schedule from purchase order through shipment.
