EnVogue International, a fast-growing home décor company, seeks a Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production from PO to shipment. You will work closely with international factories and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

The role requires 6+ years in production-related fields, strong lifecycle knowledge, and hands-on experience with vendors and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, Supply Chain, or related fields in home décor or consumer products.
• Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle from PO to shipment and timelines.
• Experience managing production with international factories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage production orders from PO to final shipment and meet key milestones.
• Oversee production schedules, WIP, approvals, and order status across programs.
• Communicate with international factories and vendors on lead times, quality, and delivery.
• Review and approve PP, TOP, and other production samples.
• Ensure product testing, quality requirements, and customer specs throughout production.
• Identify and resolve delays, quality, capacity, and risk issues.
• Collaborate with factories to improve execution and maintain standards.
• Coordinate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales for smooth execution.
• Monitor vendor performance and drive improvements in quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and provide clear priority updates.

About the Role

As a Production Manager, you will manage the production process from purchase order through final shipment, working closely with international factories and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. This role is ideal for an experienced production professional who can manage multiple programs, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage production orders from purchase order through final shipment, ensuring key milestones and delivery dates are met.
• Oversee production schedules, WIP reports, approvals, and order status across multiple programs.
• Communicate directly with international factories and vendors regarding production status, lead times, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Oversee PP, TOP, and other production samples through submission, review, and approval.
• Manage product testing, quality requirements, and customer specifications throughout production.
• Proactively identify and resolve production delays, quality concerns, capacity issues, and other risks that could impact delivery.
• Partner with factories to improve execution, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production standards.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and Sales to ensure smooth execution throughout the production cycle.
• Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and provide clear updates on priorities, risks, and order status.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, Supply Chain, or a related function within home décor, home textiles, fashion, consumer products, or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle, including purchase orders, samples, approvals, testing, quality, and shipment timelines.
• Experience managing production directly with international factories, vendors, and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and production priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and drive issues through resolution.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with production tracking systems and reporting.
• Experience with product testing, quality assurance, and compliance strongly preferred.
