Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to oversee factory communications and manage the lifecycle of styles in production.

The role ensures adherence to retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, and testing, while coordinating with internal teams to keep production moving smoothly. You will monitor production and delivery status via daily emails and the PLM system, track submissions and approvals, and keep stakeholders aligned through Time and

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in apparel production.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication to factories on all production related matters.
• Track lifecycle of all styles in production.
• Ensure retailer requirements for color, artwork, fabrics, PP samples, testing are followed.
• Follow up on production and delivery status through daily emails and PLM system.
• Track submits, approvals and timelines with Time and Action, Work in Process reports and daily factory emails.
• Coordinate lab dips, strike-offs and sample submissions to Design and Tech departments and relay comments to factories.
• Coordinate approvals with retailers and licensors and communicate with their teams.
• Ensure testing compliance.

• Tracking of submits, approvals and timeline and production status with the following reports: Time and Action, Work in Processand daily emails with the factory
• Lab dips, strike-offs and sample submits to the Design and Tech departments and passing their comments to factories
• Items forapproval toRetailers and Licensors communicating and following up with their team
• All testingcompliance

Qualifications:

• 5+Years’ experience in apparel production
