Job summary

SBH Community Service Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support sourcing and production operations for a fast-growing consumer products business in Brooklyn, NY.

The role focuses on managing overseas manufacturing, building strong vendor relationships, and overseeing production from sourcing through final delivery. You will travel internationally as needed, visit factories, and strengthen supplier partnerships while maintaining strict timelines, quality, and cost

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and production processes from concept through delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas factories, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate timelines, pricing, sampling, manufacturing, and shipment schedules.

• Negotiate costs, terms, and production timelines to support company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure products meet quality, brand, and retail standards.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Coordinator to support sourcing and production operations for a fast-growing consumer products business. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage overseas manufacturing, build strong vendor relationships, and oversee production from initial sourcing through final delivery.

The ideal candidate has deep experience working with factories in China, is comfortable traveling internationally when needed, and can take ownership of the production process with confidence, urgency, and precision. What You’ll Do

• Manage sourcing and production processes from concept through delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas factories, suppliers, and production partners
• Coordinate timelines, pricing, sampling, manufacturing, and shipment schedules
• Travel overseas as needed to visit factories, oversee production, and strengthen supplier partnerships
