Job summary

Chick-fil-A Mentor is seeking a Production Coordinator to help prepare and present food to Chick-fil-A standards while coordinating across kitchen stations. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and compliant with safety guidelines, and you’ll support your team during busy periods.

No restaurant experience is required; we value dependability, teamwork, coachability, and strong communication. Expect competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Available to work at least 3 days/nights per week (minimum 24 hours).
• Available to work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Availability for one or more of our available shifts: 6am–2pm, 8am–4pm, 11am–7pm, 1pm–9pm, 4pm–11pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Coordinate across kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate and work effectively with your team.
• Jump in wherever help is needed during busy periods.
• Take pride in providing quality food and excellent service.
