Job summary

Chick-fil-A Mentor is seeking a Food Prep Specialist to help prepare high-quality menu items and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. No prior restaurant experience is required, and training is provided to help you learn your role and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cold and hot menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Follow recipes, food preparation procedures, and quality standards.
• Order and inspect produce.
• Prepare catering trays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen maintenance as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Consistently follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with other Back of House team members and stations to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
