Chick-fil-A Mentor is hiring Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a friendly, fast-paced restaurant environment in Mentor, OH. You will welcome guests, take orders, handle drive-thru, and assist in kitchen stations with food preparation and service.

No restaurant experience is required. We look for friendly, dependable, coachable teammates who can work 12+ hours weekly across 2 days. Benefits include health coverage, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

FRONT OF HOUSE — HOSPITALITY

Our Hospitality Team Members create an exceptional experience for every guest.

• Welcome and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to dine-in and mobile-order guests.

BACK OF HOUSE — FOOD EXCELLENCE

Our Food Excellence Team Members prepare the high-quality food our guests love.

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Work across kitchen stations including fries, breading, assembly, boards, and food prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment.
• Communicate equipment or maintenance concerns.
• Support the team wherever help is needed during busy periods.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work a minimum of12 hours per week
• Able to work 2 days per week
• Confident handling money for Front-of-House positions
• Full-time and part-time positions available

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
