Qualifications

• Experience with Service Titan or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
• Collaborative across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination.
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards.
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership.
