LB Capital, based in Prescott, AZ, is seeking a Production Coordinator to support roofing projects. You will coordinate materials, schedules, and communications across vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to keep every project moving.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
