LB Capital is seeking a Production Coordinator in Florida to keep roofing projects organized and on track. You will coordinate materials, timelines, and logistics while working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and help maintain quality standards.
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership.
