Job summary

Medium is seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing roofing team in Alabama. You will be the connective tissue ensuring materials, timelines, communication, and logistics run smoothly across vendors, sales, PMs, and subcontractors.

You’ll thrive by staying highly organized, detailing tasks, and communicating clearly as you help projects stay on track while supporting the sales team post-sale.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating materials, schedules and stakeholders in roofing or construction projects.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support project managers in solving problems and keeping work on track
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
• Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date project records and documentation
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership
