Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a cook
• Knowledge of proper rotation principles
• Ability to open and close the kitchen properly
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and courteous service to the customer
• Perform proper food safety and sanitation
• Keep the entire kitchen clean and in excellent working condition
• Communicate any and all needs to the manager
• Prepare, heat and serve all components of the daily menu
• Assist on catering orders with the manager
• Maintain the hot bar during lunch service
• Assist Sandwich Station and Salad Station as needed
