Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt to multiple kitchen roles.
• Understand and apply proper rotation principles and food safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, courteous service to Guests.
• Prepare, cook, heat, and serve all components of the daily menu following Plum Market Foodservice standards.
• Maintain the hot bar during lunch service, ensuring freshness and proper rotation.
• Perform all food safety and sanitation practices, including equipment checks and temperature logs.
• Demonstrate proper knife skills, portion control, and recipe execution.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves and coolers, and rotate products.
• Assist with catering orders and deliveries as directed by the Manager.
• Support other stations as needed and keep kitchen areas clean.
