Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of cooking experience, strong timeliness, and the ability to work as part of a team across shifts, with an emphasis on safety and proper rotation of stock.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, courteous, and professional service to Guests.
• Prepare, cook, heat, and serve all components of the daily menu following standards.
• Maintain the hot bar during lunch service with fresh, well-presented food.
• Perform all food safety and sanitation practices including daily logs.
• Receive deliveries, stock shelves and rotate products.
• Assist with catering orders and support other stations as needed.
• Keep kitchen and equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Follow all Plum Market Foodservice policies and procedures.
