Responsibilities

• Provide fast, courteous, and professional service to Guests.
• Prepare, cook, heat, and serve all components of the daily menu following Plum Market Foodservice standards.
• Maintain the hot bar during lunch service and ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Perform all food safety and sanitation practices, including daily equipment checks and temperature logs.
• Assist with catering orders and support other stations as needed.
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen areas and floors clean and safe.
