Job summary

Plum Market Corporation is seeking a Foodservice Production Cook for our Oakland County location. This full-time, hourly role supports daily kitchen operations, prepares and serves food to meet menu standards, and upholds sanitation and safety expectations in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team to maintain quality and guest satisfaction, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a cook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and follow safety standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, courteous service to Guests.
• Prepare, cook, and serve all components of the daily menu.
• Maintain the hot bar during lunch service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices.
• Receive deliveries, stock and rotate products.
• Assist with catering orders as directed by the Manager.
• Support other stations as needed and keep kitchen areas clean.
• Sweep and mop floors daily to maintain sanitation.
