Cook / Kitchen Responsibilities Include:

1. Prepare a variety of menu items including Italian Beef, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Fries, and more, following recipes and maintaining quality and sanitation standards.
2. Prepare fresh vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients as needed.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station.
4. Work collaboratively with team members to serve guests efficiently.
5. Operate with a sense of urgency to manage long lines effectively.
6. Monitor food portions and levels throughout your shift.

• $2/hour extra after 11 pm
