Essential Duties

• Prepare high-quality food per recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and record keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of protective gear.
