Join Our Team as a Part-Time Prep Cook at Egg Harbor Cafe in Buckhead

Help us prepare for success by joining our Culinary Support Team as a Prep Cook! This team includes roles such as prep cook, dishwasher, and stocker. Our Hospitality Support Team members help ensure the back of house runs efficiently to provide the best guest experience.

Shifts start and end early, with no night work. Our schedule is flexible, especially on weekends and holidays, and we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. While experience is a plus, we offer extensive training for those eager to learn. We promote from within and support career growth.

Responsibilities of a Prep Cook include:

• Preparing ingredients for dishes, including washing, chopping produce, slicing meat, and measuring seasonings.
• Organizing and labeling food items in storage and coolers.
• Placing prepared ingredients at stations according to recipes.
• Labeling and stocking food items for easy access.
• Assisting with basic cooking tasks and assembling simple dishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
