Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Manufacturing or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Greater than 4 years of Production Control experience in a manufacturing facility required.
• Experience with Toyota launch systems and requirements preferred.
• Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orders production parts for manufacturing.
• Processes EDI orders for designated customers or suppliers.
• Monitors on hand inventory through cycle counts and makes adjustments when needed.
• Monitors inventory variances through Oracle and makes adjustments when needed.
• Processes returns and supplemental orders through Oracle.
• Responsible for packaging for new and current programs; inputs packaging specs into designated system.
• Inputs daily supplier conformance into the Supplier Performance Portal through Oracle.
• Coordinate and conduct container audits to verify appropriate level of packaging between supplier and plant.
• Maintain packaging information in sedai file to ensure data matches actual packaging from customer.
