Job summary

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. is seeking a Summary Lead Team Member to support daily warehouse operations and shipping, including forklift handling and inventory accuracy. The role involves training teammates, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient, safe processes to meet customer commitments.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position offers a starting pay of $23 per hour plus shift premium and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Shift Time: 4:00pm EST start time.
• Pay: $23.00 per hour + Shift Premium.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and leads the team’s daily operations.
• Unpacks, repacks, places items, etc.
• Uses tools to confirm quantities of freight received and shipped.
• Operates a forklift and/or crane for loading and unloading.
• Operates other machines such as scan gun.
• Inspects product before shipping.
• Maintains clean work area per 5S standards.
• Enters production data into basic spreadsheet systems.
• Follows approved procedures and safety precautions.
• Supports a safe environment for all employees.
• Maintains paperwork for incoming/outgoing products.
• Participates in team meetings and training.
