Blue Origin Operations is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain / MRP coordinator who will support the design, development and fabrication of space launch vehicles and components. This role emphasizes manufacturing schedule coordination, materials flow, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.

The position is a shift-based, 7am-3:30pm Monday to Friday, with responsibilities spanning ERP/MRP execution, inventory control, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 2+ years supply chain experience.
• Experience with Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Experience with planning and/or scheduling.
• Experience working with a cross functional team.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office, ERP experience with MRP execution desired.
• Excellent written /verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrates understanding of LEAN, Six Sigma, DFSS, Kaizen concepts.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate manufacturing schedule and coordinate availability and flow of materials to meet customer requirements.
• Performs shop order release/closure in MRP System and reconciles parts.
• Provide detailed status of work in progress, material availability, and communicate constraints to schedule.
• Prepare work orders for the production of parts based on master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with warehouse, inspection, quality, operations, purchasing, engineering, logistics and program.
• Schedule and expedite the movement of parts by move orders, stock transfers and shipping requests.
• Work cross functionally to expedite material shortages with procurement, receiving, quality, and other production areas.
• Implement material stocking strategy on production lines and maintain floor stock.
• Control access and consumption of material in manufacturing.
• Monitor flow of jobs through production line and ensure on-time completion.
• Monitor disposition of MRB and stranded material.
• Enter material transactions in ERP system.
• Prepare reports and note shortages/damage.
• Process Scrap and obsolete inventory from WIP locations.
• Prepare for reconciliation of cycle counts.
• Knowledge of backflush process.
• Work with Production and Materials teams to resolve part discrepancies.
