Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years in production control, scheduling, or operations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage detailed manufacturing production schedules and workflows to align with orders and forecasts.
Monitor operations and expedite activities to meet delays; adjust schedules as needed.
Analyze plant capacity and resource data to determine optimal processes and identify bottlenecks.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure feasible plans.
Prepare, maintain, and distribute production reports and performance metrics.
Provide estimating support for timelines, resources, and capacity planning.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production control and improve on-time delivery.
