Job summary

NPI in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Production Control Clerk to support planning and scheduling of manufacturing work orders in line with the production schedule. You will help maintain accurate production and inventory data and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing to keep workflows running smoothly.

Requirements include experience in a manufacturing environment, ERP experience (SYSPRO preferred), strong computer skills and Excel, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five or more years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in Microsoft Suite including Word and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain manufacturing work orders in accordance with the production schedule.
• Provide inventory status and availability information to support sales and production requirements.
• Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and update affected work orders accordingly.
• Assist with daily production meetings and provide status updates as needed.
• Perform general clerical and data entry tasks related to Production Control activities.
• Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate and timely records within the ERP system.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Control Manager.
