Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Production Control Clerk to work at Schofield Barracks, HI. The role requires knowledge of supply and maintenance processes and proficiency with automated systems to ensure accurate production data and reporting.

You will enter and track data, prepare production sheets, and assist with audits while coordinating material flows and tickets for workers in a demanding warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s in logistics or supply is preferred.
• Must have GCSS-A experience and certification.
• Must pass background checks and obtain/maintain CAC.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Support audit readiness by keeping precise material records and compliant with procedures.
• Prepare production reports from compiled data and maintain supporting documents.
• Sort and distribute work tickets or materials; may compute wages from timecards for payroll.
