Shawsheen Coating and Converting in Andover, MA, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules, coordinate materials, and drive ERP-driven improvements across planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in production planning or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP implementation or major system improvement experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, BOMs, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Experience coordinating across Purchasing, Sales, QA, and Warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to meet demand and optimize inventory.
• Coordinate daily production priorities with plant leadership, supervisors, and purchasing teams.
• Monitor capacity, labor, and material requirements to create realistic schedules.
• Track progress, identify delays, and adjust plans for shortages or downtime.
• Support ERP implementation and improvements for planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
